Step 3 - The Listing Agreement.
When you have decided upon listing with Pacifica West Properties or any Real Estate firm, you will sign a listing contract. The common contract used in Southern California is the Residential Listing Agreement also known as the "Exclusive Authorization and Right To Sell" agreement. This 3-page contract includes many conditions, including price and items included with the property. This agreement also lays out the rights and duties of both the Seller and the Listing agent and a termination date must be included.
